Natalina Bertoli

Managing Partner

Natalina Bertoli brings over 25 years' M&A experience, having led, originated and been involved in more than 150 deals across the publishing and information services space. She also has particular responsibility for structuring and negotiating strategic alliances and joint ventures, and for our work with academic and professional institutions.

Natalina went into publishing in 1989, first with Ecco Press in New York, then UNESCO in Paris and the Third World Foundation. She subsequently became Managing Editor of Everyman in London before founding Bertoli Mitchell with William Mitchell. Natalina is a graduate of Cambridge University and is also currently non-executive Chairman of Solomonic, a litigation data analytics company.
