Before that, he was a corporate partner in the international law firms Jones Day and Simmons & Simmons. He has advised in over a hundred acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investments in the Publishing and Business Information sectors, for UK and overseas clients, across the full spectrum of books, journals, business and consumer magazines and business information and data. Peter holds an Honours Degree in Modern History from Oxford University.
