Karnac Books joins Taylor & Francis

Bertoli Mitchell is pleased to announce that it advised Taylor & Francis, part of Informa plc, on its acquisition of Karnac Books Limited, a leading publisher of books and journals in the fields of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy.  The Karnac programme will complement the outstanding Routledge portfolio in psychology and psychotherapeutic care.  Bertoli Mitchell initiated the transaction and served as Informa's advisor right through the transaction, managing due diligence, coordinating information and document flows, and providing strategic, practical and commercial advice at every stage.
