What We Do

Bertoli Mitchell provides high-quality advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, alliances and strategy. 

We help our clients to sell whole companies, shares, corporate divisions, or selected assets, arranging and managing transactions on their behalf. We advise on strategic alliances and joint ventures, development capital, business and asset valuations, and provide fair value opinions to parties in mergers. We also provide advisory services to buyers of companies or assets.

Since 1994 we have advised on some 150 completed transactions. We have a proven track record for maximising value for our clients. Uniquely, we adopt a very hands on and committed approach to deal execution, working closely with our clients through all stages of transactions, from planning and preparation (sometimes years in advance) and all the way through to execution. We remain heavily involved not only throughout the negotiation but also in the legal documentation phases. This end to end approach ensures that our clients achieve their strategic goals.

In addition, we have undertaken more than 50 strategic advisory assignments, helping our clients to develop business plans, evaluate entry into, or exit from, specific markets, and advising on strategic financial issues.

Our clients range from listed international companies to entrepreneurs and shareholders and boards of directors of smaller and medium-sized private companies in our sector. We also have a particular expertise in working with learned and professional bodies.
