Peter Faber

Peter founded and led the development of the publishing practice of City law firm Fox Williams, before retiring from the firm in July 2020. Before that, he was a corporate partner in the international law firms Jones Day and Simmons & Simmons. He has advised in over a hundred acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investments in the Publishing and Business Information sectors, for UK and overseas clients, across the full spectrum of books, journals, business and consumer magazines and business information and data.
Peter holds an Honours Degree in Modern History from Oxford University. He became a consultant to Bertoli Mitchell in September 2020.
